What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)? add
We work with flexible MOQs to support brands of all sizes. For startups and new labels, we accept orders as low as a few hundred pieces. For established retail chains, we handle bulk production of 1 lac+ garments per month. Contact us with your requirements and we'll find a solution that works.
What types of garments do you manufacture? add
We specialize in complete men's shirting (formal, casual, club wear, party wear), corporate and industrial uniforms (for hotels, hospitals, schools, corporates, security), and knitted apparel (T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, joggers, track pants, shorts). We also do custom fabric sourcing through our parent group Jainam Silk Mills.

We work with every major shirting fabric — Cotton, Linen, Silk, Polyester, Poplin, Chambray, Denim, Oxford, Twill, Dobby, Satin, Flannel, and blends. We also offer sustainable and natural fibre options including Bamboo, Bamboo-Cotton blends, Organic Cotton, Tencel, Hemp, Viscose, and Rayon. What is your typical production timeline? add
Timelines depend on order size, complexity, and fabric availability. Every project is different — we discuss and agree on a realistic timeline before production begins. We provide daily status updates throughout production and maintain strict deadline adherence. Our dedicated representative keeps you informed at every stage.
Do you offer custom branding and labeling? add
Yes, we offer complete private label and white label manufacturing. This includes custom branding, logo embroidery, woven and printed labels, custom hang tags, specific colour matching, and branded packaging. We work with your tech packs and design specifications to deliver retail-ready garments under your brand.
How do you ensure quality? add
Every garment passes through our rigorous 5-point quality check: (1) Fabric & trims checking, (2) Cutting/cut piece checking, (3) In-line checking, (4) End-of-line checking, and (5) Final finishing checking. We also perform Pull Test and Fatigue Test on all trims like buttons and zippers. Complete quality inspection reports are shared with customers.

Do you work with startups and new brands? add
Yes, we actively support startups and new fashion brands. We offer low MOQ production, in-house design assistance, fabric sourcing guidance, and complete range planning to help you launch your first collection without the overhead of setting up your own manufacturing. Many of our retail brand partners started with us as small labels.
Do you handle embroidery, printing, and washing? add
Yes, we manage all additional operations including embroidery (logo, motif, all-over), printing (screen, digital, sublimation), washing (enzyme, silicon, garment dyeing), and other value-added processes. Each additional operation goes through its own quality check process before final finishing.
